Nashville Bar Association
Provides a free "Dial-a-Lawyer" service: on the first Tuesday of each month, between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., volunteer attorneys from the Nashville Bar Association answer questions from members of the public.

Tennessee Fair Housing Council
Through their website, the National Fair Housing Advocate Online, the TFHC provides education to renters about their fair housing rights. Resources on the site include a 'Fair Housing 101', daily news, statutes, a case database, a state-by-state list of fair housing agencies and a discussion forum where renters can get feedback from experts. The organization also provides direct services to individuals who believe they have experienced discrimination in Davidson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson and Wilson Counties of Tennessee. They can provide referrals to those outside that service area.
