The Fair Housing Council of the Capital Region, Inc
The Fair Housing Council produces the Tenant and Landlord Handbook of Rights and Responsibilities. They can give advice regarding landlord/tenant complaints; however, they are not attorneys. Their services also include credit/budgeting counseling, mortgage counseling, and homeownership education.
