You should have received a copy of it (by law, management must give you a copy). If you don't have one, go to the management and request a copy. Read the lease very carefully. If there is a pet clause and you signed it, then the doggy will have to go. If there isn't a pet clause, then inform the management that there's nothing in your lease that prevents you from having a pet.
