I live in an apt, I need storage (my bathroom is tiny and there's a sink and a toilet) and my walls are just tile, so I can't install shelving... there are definitely cheaper examples of this, but the point is "over toilet shelving creates bathroom space" not "over toilet shelving that costs over $100..."
