We rarely have that problem here. If we do, we encourage the neighbors to call the police, and they show up. They get the hint, or we non-renew them or find a replacement and call them daily to offer to let them end their lease sooner (we find a replacement tenant fast). It's only happened twice in 8 years, but we have concrete between floors and in between every other unit. You get what you pay for, unfortunately. Our rates are $1095-$2695 and I am still here working at 10 pm in the office, on call 24/7. You have to find a place where they really care that isn't 400+ units (corporate).
