Sleep apnea is a cause of snoring.

Medical help is necessary NOW. STROKE AND HEART ATTACKS can be caused by snoring - which is NOT GETTING ENOUGH OXYGEN!

The "Breeze" is a great mask once you have had a sleep study and can get a sleep apnea machine. If the machine you get doesn't work for you get another, there are several makes that are very different from one another.

As for the smelly roommate, you can have mine! lol! I still can't get the landlord who is also another roommate to understand because she lives on the first floor and doesn't have to deal with the smell 24/7. The room is bad enough but the bathroom can be even worse... I can't even use the upstairs bathroom now.

I wish there was a way to tell these people without hurting their feelings, but alas, even if you do, they don't seem to care or get it.
