Its not my roommate who is smelly its her dog

She wanted a dog and I honestly didn't care as long as I didn't have to deal with him. Well that was a dream I guess. She first wanted to litter box train her puppy in our one and only bathroom... I said nothing. Well when that didn't work she used news paper as in laying in all over the bathroom floor and let him pee and poop all over it. The dog would be locked up all day while she was gone at class and work then he would be locked up in our bathroom all the time because he wasn't potty trained. Its been about 6 months he is yet to be potty trained and now he does it all over the house and even on my really nice couch. Our place stinks like pee and poop and when I say that it smells she pretends like she has no idea about what I'm talking about even saying that maybe it was me and her and we should open a window. My friends don't like coming over anymore and I can't take a shower with out smelling steamed poop. Not to mention hopping over newspaper just to get into the shower.

I can't tell her to get rid of her dog because I said she could get him and I have complained but nothing has changed and I have no idea what to do?
