MGT at The Moorings on Mesa Cove which is at 1233 N Mesa Dr. will charge for carpet that was supposed to be changed due to age. When I lived there the apartment was flooded twice and they were supposed to change the carpet. They did not change it. When I decided to move out of the apartment they decided to charge me for the carpet change. I had lived there for 3 years already the carpet was 2 years old according to the Mgr who rented the apt and now they lie and state that the carpet was not old at all. I wonder how many people has this company stolen from.
