MANAGEMENT: They lie. They will tell you one price and then weeks later they will leave a note on the door saying that you need to pay more money. The notice (normally less than 24 hours) that they will be entering the apartment for their regular checks. They recently replaced sprinkler heads and the workers left paint chips everywhere.
