Don't rent from Deer Park Management in Bloomington, IN, a company that runs several "student ghetto" apartment complexes including College Mall Apartments. They don't return any security deposits nor do any maintenance on the apartments or common areas and you will end up with teenage students and their friends terrorizing you at all hours. The management is rude, nasty and greedy and will make up lies about you to try to make you pay more money or leave. They are horrible!
