Do not rent from Villas of Montabella in Peoria AZ
These apartments are infested with cockroaches. There are several repairs that they said they would fix when I moved in, but a year later, they still have not done any of the repairs, despite my calls. Also, the pool is kept locked up on weekends and in the evenings because some people do not follow the rules. Instead of some people being banned from the pool, we ALL have to pay for their mistakes. I was also told that the shorts I bought to wear in the pool (Yes, that would be swim shorts!) are not allowed to be worn in the pool because they are cotton. The tag indicates they are not 100% cotton, by the way. What really upsets us is the behavior of the "lady" who works in the office. She is incredibly rude and uncoopertive. I am also extremely uspet about the roaches, the animal waste all over the grounds, and the garbage that litters the parking lot. Also, I would suggest doing a criminal check before moving in. (Although please avoid living here at all costs!) But the police are here almost every night! Its a ghetto. Plain and simple. PS The address is 10860 N 85th Ave Peoria AZ 85345
