Don't rent from UDR Management. They managed apartments in the Washington, D.C. area. One in particular is Dominion Lake Ridge Apartments in Woodbridge. The cheated me out of $100.00 after moving out of the dump for a satelite dish on the balcony that was there on move-in. I got out of my lease early because they refused to evict noisy tenants that slammed doors and played loud music. I had to have proof they were noisy I was told. They billed me .09 cents after I rounded my water bill up paying more than owed. They won't return calls or emails. The regional management team is worse. They just ignore your complaints. Instead you get letters from their attorneys. You will regret renting from this company.
