this man is a renters nightmare! deposits are not returned, 75 % of tenants are sued, he has a weekly court date set aside, and even though he cannot find an attny to represent him he still sues in his overalls weekly. he uses inferior lumber, salt on ice is one handful per sidewalk, goes into apts and watches their tv's without notice, and on and on, i know all this because i worked for him and was evicted from an apt after i quit because the water in the apt wouldnt shut off, they tried to fix it without a pro 5 times and finally i left it on and he sued me for 7,000! and put the summons on the door of the apt id been evicted from a month after i'd moved
