There is no such things a "security" gates. The gates that are referred to are called "limited access" as that is all they do - limit access. A car can easily follow a car through the gate with a car after that and after that .........

Please never, ever think that a gate around your apartment complex eliminates or even deters crime or ensures your safety in anyway.
