I feel so bad for you folks having to put up with excessive dog barking,it sure messes with your head.I had a similar problem a while back with my neighbours dog, he left it tied up in the garden all day and night, surrounded by dozens of piles of its own cack.......someone phoned the rspca, but they did jack......the dog died, and he got another,an out of control vicious german shepherd.This beast actually went for his mother in laws throat......but he still kept it, with 2 tiny kids, what a moron......finally, it ripped up his sofa, and only then did he get rid, bringing me the much longed for peace and quiet i deserved.We all deserve a little respect from our neighbours, but rarely do we get it.Most neighbours faced with a complaint go on the defensive, making it very difficult to make yourself heard.....if you have tried being reasonable,do what i did.........blow your top!im usually mrs mouse, but one day i lost it with the loser next door drilling til midnight, he was so shocked!Hey presto, no more midnight diy!Do what you gotta do, but dont give in and take it......keep plugging away, either to them direct or to the relevant authoroties and you will eventually get results, good luck.
