Why doesn't everyone quit being whiny and fake by posting stuff on the internet and actually DO SOMETHING about it??? Tell the owner, call the police, call animal control. There are animal nuisance laws and what not, so just research them and do something. What is whining on a forum gonna do? And NO I do not mean hurt the dog because they sound more logical by barking than all of this nonsense!
