i own a small dog that barks everytime someone rings the bell but that's it. the dog is always asleep in it's bed or playing with its toys. i know people say dogs are annoying because they wake you up at 2am and you get 2 hours of sleep? my neighbors have a dog that barks non-stop and another who thinks throwing parties at 1am is cool wtf? i haven't moved because i actually like my home. don't poison or kill barking dogs, that just makes you sound like an idiot when you can just as easily solve it in some other way. Better yet if the dog annoys everyone just have them write a letter and send all of these huge letters to the landlord and trust me, he's going to do something about it unless he'd like to receive these letters every single day for the next 5 years.

P.S. people saying 'you're an asshole' 'i'd kill you' etc. think they are psychos...heh don't make me laugh. i bet you're all 15 or something right?
