I have a problem with a neighbors dog next door, who not only barks all the fcking time but will also aggressively jump up on the wooden fence and snap and bark at the neighborhood kids as they are cutting thru the backyard and even jumps up on the fence and barks at the wife of the house as she brings grocerys in!!! This dog is not abused or left outside at night, and is in very good health. But when let out during the day, all it does is run from one side of the fence to the other barking its head off NONSTOP. sometimes at nothing at all, the really bad thing is now all the other neighbors dogs on eaither side of us (which used to all be quiet with no problmes) have started doing the same thing now!! jumping up on the fence and baRKING at kids walking by, or cars, birds, u name it, just any reason at all to bark non stop. lIKE i said the only time the dog is out is during the day and late evening when the owner is home, and obviously knows whats going on. So im not going to waste my time and try to talk to them, if that would work, they would have already done something about the dog. to all of you other fcking idiots that feel a dog is more important than a human, i hope we never cross paths, because your a fcking retard. I cant belive i actually read on response that told the person to move away where dogs are not allowed?....oh my...personally, Im going to loosen a few boards up on the fence one night where the thing is always jumping up and barking (and you must understand this fact) the thing is trying to GET OVER THE FENCE, it will jump up and try its best to CLIMB over the fence. After the board loosing, i intend to wait the next day on my deck, with shotgun loaded with 00buck, and as soon as that fcker crosses the property line he's going down for the count, no doubt. As i have 2 boys, im sure the police will understand my concern when the owner calls them.
