Earplugs don't work morons and yes, I do have a life but I cannot live it peacefully with a bunch of dogs barking day and night. If a person blasts a stereo 2 in the morning the cops will tell them that they are disturbing the peace and they have to quiet down. Call those same cops about a dog barking 2 am and they won't do shit. I tried talking to the neighbors like an adult, I've tried freaking earplugs-using 2 methods at once with a fan on high AND a loud humming air purifier but the dogs' barking pierces through my sleep 'cause they are outside with very high pitched and loud barking.

For the people thinking there's nothing wrong with this you've obviously never had a dog constantly waking you up in the night. Youv'e never gone to work with only 2 hours of sleep for the freaking fifth day in a row because some moronic asshole who only waters and puts food out for a living, breathing animal, left alone all day and night, doesn't know how to take care of them and doesn't want to.
Animal control won't do anything about it. I've made lots of complaints. I have a life. I have better things to do but my quality of life has diminished becuase these damn dogs have not shut the hell up for the past 4 freaking hours and I'm about to freaking blpow their god damn heads off.
