I am shocked and saddened to read that people have so little regard for the well being of not only the sad lives of abused animals, but also the well being of fellow humans. Shame on those of you who so casually would kill an animal because of the neglect of its cruel and stupid owner, and also on you cruel and thoughtless people who have ABSOLUTELY NO CONSIDERATION for others who chose not to be surrounded by the constant noise of barking or music or other offensive noise pollution. Some people are truly disturbed by either loud or constant noises or both, and if you can't understand that, then you are as guilty of abuse as someone who would neglect or kill an animal, because you care so little for the sanity or well-being of others.
