I am having the same problem. My neighbors have have sent letters to everyone in the area, have taken me to the animal regulations dept. and have even hosed my dog with water. I am fed up with it. I walk my dogs on a daily basis and everything. I don't know what to do! I don't want to lose them... I mean dogs should be allowed to bark... These people are constantly keeping track of every noise that comes out of my yard. They need to get a life!
