I think it's freaking inconsiderate and rude to have your dogs barking all day and night. I have 2 dogs and I make sure they don't bark out of control. I think it's the responsibility of the dog owners to make sure their dogs do not constantly disturb their neighbors.
I live across from Section 8 people who are constantly leaving their dogs out in their yards all day and night. They don't give a crap how much their damn dogs bark all the time. You try to be nice and they cop an attitude. I'm trying a sonic sound device to make them shut up. If that doesn't work then I'll let the damn dogs loose, if that doesn't work then I'll throw eggs at the dog owner's houses. If that doesn't work then I'll poison the damn dogs.
I cannot do anything to the neighbors because for some damn reason it's not against the law for dogs to bark all day and night. Cops won't do shit about it. So, people HAVE to take matter into their own hands.
