Hi,
I live in an apartment in Melbourne, next door to a nightclubbing sociopath. He LOVES his bassy stereo, played several nights a week between 2am-1pm for the past 3 years (Yes, I have mentioned that his noise is a tad intrusive several times, like I said a sociopath) Across the hall lives an elderly pianist with his much younger boyfriend (not that there's anything wrong with that) although he plays the piano ALL DAY he can only manage 1 melody. He also enjoys cooking what smells like fried cats piss for breakfast whilst wearing his only outfit (white polo shirt and blue shorts.) A screaming baby resides downstairs and a bored shrill barking dog on the other side. Funnily enough I'm pretty happy here, it's only noise, I have deaf friends that would kill to be pissed off by any sound! I (nearly) own this apartment, they are all renters and I KNOW that the next lot CAN'T be any worse. Onwards and upwards, smile, wear earplugs and drink-up!
