I would just like to stay I am currently on the recieveing attempt of these complaints and from my perspective I have little understanding for my neighbor who is complaining about the occasional bark. he went straight to the tenant i have never even seen him because he works the 3rd shift complaining about my dog barking when i leave in the morning. I think people that feel the need to complain about there neighbors in this fashion need to think of the lives they are affecting by making these calls. I am incredibly upset because i might have to either get rid of my dog, which i wont do, or pay thousands of dollars to break my lease and find somewhere to go with my dog that may or may not have an understanding neighbor that my dog might occasionally bark in the morning. I have had my dog for 1.5 years i walk her multiple times a day, yet she barks occasionally when she hears a noise. Before making such assumptions that the owner is lazy you should consider that maybe your neighbor might jsut be a jerk that is 35 still living in an aparment by himself.
