How can someone get back at pathetic man who shots neighbor's cats for sitting on top of his car? This individual said that he shot two (2) of the neighbor's cats, and brags about it (as stupid as he is) at the fire department where he is a fire fighter.

What an AssHole!

I would like to have this guy arrested.
