Poisoned Pets? Thats just sick. Double punish a neglected pet for an ***hole owner...?! Call your local animal control and get them fined and maybe the dog will get adopted out to a good owner that gives it enough positive attention and behavioral control for being bad.I hope the sickos that poison do it to the wrong persons dog. Maybe the owner will return the favor or worse.
