My nieghbor next door rented her house recently she keeps her dog out alot even in the cold weather many of my other niegbors have reported her to security.She actually thinks its me and she took revenge out on me by having her friedn i believe tamper with my car and i do believe she recently poisoned my dog.What do you do to people like this she is assuming i called security on her because of her dog but i didnt and she is taking revenge out on me so how can i prove this.I found my car hood opened like someone tampered with it and that time she had her boyfriends brother staying there at her house .Now its my dog
