Take a glass or empty jar and fill it with about 1/2 inch of vinegar. Secure a piece of plastic wrap over the top with tape or an elastic band. Punch a few very small holes in the plastic big enough for the flies to crawl through (try a sharp pencil) be careful not to make them too big or they will just fly out again. Place it in the area you see them most. The flies will be attracted to the vinegar and will be trapped in the jar, eventually they will fall in and die.
