A good place to get moving boxes is from bookstores. They usually have a "Cardboard only" dumpster that is filled with broken down, CLEAN, sturdy boxes.

If you have a computer, use Excel, Access, Word or similar program to compile your moving list. Print out several copies of the completed list for convenience. At your new location, the computer file can be easily searched for specific items.
