I am an Australian in America, so I'm not sure of the laws here, but in Australia, people can wear and not wear what they like in their home, providing it cannot be seen from a public place. If it can be seen from another private residence however, then it is perfectly legal to be nude in your own home, and the only thing to do then is to either enjoy the show, or not look.
