Great ideas!

I love the idea of putting up a fence on my balcony, especially because I am on the ground floor which faces a busy street, so passers by are constantly peering into my apartment. Unfortunately, my complex will not allow me to put up a fence. In fact, they asked me to take down everything that can be seen over the wall, including plants. I am currently searching for ideas to make my space more private without getting in more trouble with management! :) But otherwise, I think these ideas are brilliant!
