we have the same problem the came and sprayed On May or April. I Spoke with the Owner and We see more and more roaches every day we also request for the carpet to be repace because this is the second time they came and I think it is because the neibor below our apartment she is not really clean and this carpet is't kind of old and we our like you we have 2 sons and yesterday morning my son olmost aet one!! When you called to the City what did you tell them so I can call too. I Called the City ones so the can fix the plumming in my bathroom, and I no sure how many times can you complaing with them.
