sprinkle boric acid ( i bought mine at walmart) in the back of your cabnets in your kitchen and in bathrooms, in the cracks where your stove meet your wall, where the dishwasher meets the wall etc. i have a 1 year old daughter and i use the stuff. its something that my dad, who is an exterminator, recommended because it isn't harmful in small doses. good luck!
