We have cock roaches even in the bedroom...and don't let anyone tell you they don't "bite" they do! I have an area on my arm that was "bitten" by roaches. We have been requesting that the manager spray or do something about the roaches with no results. About a year ago they did spray...but it did no good. We bought roach motels and that helped a little...but after the tenant next door moved in the roaches are back 100 fold....again we have repeated asked the manager to do something....they keep telling us they will spray but don't. I like the idea of deductiong from the rent until the problem is solved. If I do this can they evict me?
