I am an apartment manager, your landlord needs to take care of this, send him/her a registered letter stating that you have your rent and will pay when problem is solved OR that you are going to pay for it your self and take it out of your rent. Do some research, becouse the exterminaters will tell you the whole biulding needs done or its no good, most the places will charge $75.00 an apt. Dont let your landlord treat you unfair. He has a responsibility to you.Remember, you are the customer, they are always right. Good luck to you.
