One idea is if you are handy with a hammer and nails or know some one who is you could do like I did.... I had a 8 inch space beside my refridge so I built a 3 foot box with 4 shelves in it. I placed the box on wheels and painted it to match my kitchen. I now have a rolling pantry that is out of the way and doesn't take up needed space.
