received a flyer on our townhouse door stating that we have a 9pm curfew and if caught outside after this time we will have a $50. fine to pay. Now I contacted leasing manger concerning this, he states that they are having some problems and this is the reason for the curfew. I live in Memphis TN, we have our own patios, my husband works 3-11pm, after he gets off work we sit on the patio til about 12 am so that he can unwind,i'm disabled,our lease states between 9p-7a keep noise level down, does not mention a curfew, we are in our late forty's.
within renters rights is there anything that that makes this demand illegal? someone plz respond
