i live in a apartment with my two kids im a single mom that works for a living.My problem is my loud neighbors and they go up and down the stiars over 100 times a day.I been here 4 years and i pay rent on time . i told the owner about the problem and wrote letters abot it also .i made copys of the letters i gave her about the problem.The owner still wont do any thing to them. im looking for another place its not easy but im doing it. i get up at 5am i be tired when i get off from work. what can i do in the mean time about the neighbors? and the landlord who wont slove this problem?
