Im wondering if i have the right to break my lease. I live in a place where, when we first moved in, we thought it looked nice, but then after a little while, as the weather got warmer, we started noticing almost gang activity, they're screaming through the parking lot, police are here every day or every other and they blocked people from driving through the lots and stuff... its getting out of hand. Is there a way for me to be able to break?
