Ok so I am paying weekly rent for my room. I have a 200 doller deposit for my room. My landlord tells me because I do not have a larger deposit its not "my room" and I do not count for being a legal tenet. He tells me Im still on this "trial period". If I pay money to live anywhere then Im entitled to all the listed above rights, right?
