I have a big problem. My boyfriend and I rented a place together and signed a years lease. It lasted 2 weeks and he moved out. I cant affor to pay the rent on my income. We agreed to half the rent. The landlady said the only ones to live there are hima nd me. I cant find anyone else to help me pay the rent. Can she hold only me responsible for the rent without holding him half responsible. If I move out she claims to only take me t court, said she doesnt wnat him back in there. What are my rights or do I have any?
