I know that I have the right to peace and quiet and it is even listed in my lease. My downstairs neighbors are always noisy and disruptive and I call the police on them numerous times, but the police never make reports about noise issues so I don't have any documentation stating how noisy they are. I was allowed, by the landlord, to break my lease but I can't afford to and shouldn't have move. What legal action can I take against the landlord to make sure I can get the peace that I am paying for?
