I live in PA in an apartment complex that was built almost two year ago (I was one of the first tenants). The apartments have "shared walls". Yes, it is very noisy, but does that mean there is no firewall and is that legal? There are smoke detectors and sprinklers in every room so does that mean that there doesn't need to be a firewall? I and several other tenants have questioned it and we need a straight answer.
