Rodents in my ceiling..
I have lived at an apartment in Austin for 1 and 4 months and now have rats in my ceiling. I complained to the apartment management that I had being hearing animals in my ceiling in mid-January and they did not take action. Then I went back two weeks later and reported that something was in my ceiling again. Then they finally sent pest control out. Pest control only put small traps and their traps have not been successful killing only 1 out of I don't how many are up there. Then we found one in our outside patio storage unit and had to get rid of him ourselves by purchasing pest control items because the leasing office was not available.

What can I do?
