my lanlord pays for my water supply, a leak was discovered when the water bill reached nearly 700 for a single month with four dwellings. They phoned when they first recieved the bill to ask if there were any leaks within the unit. They came two days in a row to check for indoor leaks. nothing came from this, they began digging ouside. there have been holes outside my apt. for three weeks, approx. 3ft deep. i have a three yr old daughter and the holes have been uncovered and unsafe, they ceased fixing his issue for approx 1 week. i came home this last friday and have not had water for 3 days untill sunday night. what can i do, i recieved no notification of the interruption of my utilities.
