My husband and i just moved ( 12/03) to this apartment and signed for a 12 months lease with the owner. We facing a big problem with the trash bins,which are placed right under our windows of the bedroom. (all 5 for the whole building). There are big signs on the wall,behind the trash bins, stating " private property, keep out of trash bins or violators will be cited" but the landlord still keep all trash containers under our windows, in front of the utility box....it is disgusting, placing our health at rick.
( smell, bugs, animals, noise from people dumping their trash all the time.. it is a nightmare). On the other side of our bedroom the neighbors are keeping their smelly trash bins ( 4)within 3 feet of our windows. So we are covered with trash all around our apartment. We also see homeless people, digging into the trash every day at any time, making a huge mess and leaving the lids of the containers open and uncovered...PLEASE HELP ASAP !!!
