My Landlord says sexual things to my roomate he
harasses us to no end ,he doesn't make repairs in our apt. windows need repairs, carpent need replaced we have lived there over 10 years I have asked him to replace the windows for the past years and all he does os laugh...he's very rude... when we moved in heat and hot water was included for the past 3 years he has charged us $90.00 dollars for for the winter months ..he gets an electric bill in his name foe our apt. and the other tenants apts.but he only charges us I want to know can he legaly do this only to us and no one else in the apt. he is also renting 2 storgage rooms to 2 other tenants as a effic. apt.when the code officers come around he has them turned into storgage rooms until they leave if anyone out there has any answers IM AT WITS END OF WHAT TO DO... KNOW I CAN MOVE AND THAT MIGHT BE THE ONLY ANSWER.......
