Me and my boyfriend are thinking of buying a house but just found out that the owner had passed away in it. We're not sure if it's from an illness or old age..but most likely natural causes. Is it ok for us to buy the place? Is there anything we can do to make sure her spirit will not linger? she lived there for over 40 years and died at the age of 98
