hi um im a seveteen year old senior in high school...my living conditions are pretty much unsanitary and bug infested...if I'm emancipated can i be eligeable for rent assistance...i have a stady job and only four classes to attend i'm always sick physically sick from living in my parents home and need to get away are there any other possiblities?
