If, for some reason, you were able to get in front of a judge, they would very likely ask you why you didn't move to protect yourself knowing all of these things. That, is something you might want to ask yourself. Why would you want to live there not knowing when it will all come down on your head? Move. The law mandates that people must, once they are aware, take precautions against further damage. Staying there while you know what may happen is diligent on your part. Just move.
